Glimmer Beam provides public speaking coaching, training programs, speech writing, and related services. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice of cancellation, respect intellectual property rights, and use our services lawfully and appropriately.

Payment Terms

Fees are due as specified at time of booking. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Refunds are subject to our satisfaction guarantee and cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Individual sessions: 48 hours notice required for full refund. Programs: Refund available after first session if not satisfied. See program-specific terms for details. No-shows forfeit session fee.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Glimmer Beam remain our property. You receive a limited license to use materials for personal development purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our content without written permission.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client information and coaching discussions. We may use anonymized success stories and testimonials with your permission.

Limitation of Liability

Glimmer Beam provides coaching and educational services. We cannot guarantee specific career outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney.
